Brain

Soon

Your customer no longer has to repeat themselves.

The Brain keeps what your teams learn about each customer, in the customer's own words and with the source of each fact. Your CSMs and your AI Teammates review it before they act.

The CSM changes, the customer doesn't start over.

Each fact belongs to the customer's account and keeps its author's name. The CSM who takes over the account starts from what the team already knows.

ExampleNoted by the previous CSM

You know where each fact comes from.

Meeting, email, call, ticket, CRM or portal: each fact cites its source and the date the customer said it. A fact without a source is refused, and a team member confirms that it still holds.

Each journey teaches the next one.

At the end of a journey, the Brain keeps what worked. Your Playbook Agents draw a new version of the Playbook from it, which your Head of CS or a CSM approves.

Post-sales deserves its own ontology. The Brain keeps it up to date.

Your CRM knows who bought what. It doesn't know what you decided with each client, or which Playbook and steps got them to their outcome. In the Brain, every decision is attached to the client's account and to the journey where it was made. The journey shows which Playbook it came from and which steps it went through. Your team and your AI Teammates read the same memory.

Across your whole portfolio: find any decision, Playbook or step, from one client to the next. Soon

What the Brain does

Facts and verbatims

What the team learns about a customer, sorted by nature: usage, satisfaction, problem, need, constraint, organization, decision. When the customer said it, their exact words are kept alongside.

A source for each fact

Meeting, email, call, ticket, CRM, portal or manual entry, with the date the customer said it. A team member confirms that a fact still holds.

Attached to the account

Each fact belongs to the customer and can cite a contact and the journey where it came up. It stays after the journey ends.

Between your teams

Your customer never reads what the team noted about them. What they say about your product goes to product feedback.

Read by your AI Teammates

Soon

Before writing a message or suggesting what comes next, your AI Teammates review the customer's facts.

What worked, from one journey to the next

Soon

The Brain keeps what worked in each completed journey, and your Playbook Agents suggest a new version from it.

Questions about the Brain

What the Brain contains
The facts your team learns about each customer, sorted by nature, with the customer's exact words when they said them, and each fact's source and date.
Adding a fact
From a contact's record, a team member writes the fact in their own words, chooses its nature and cites its source. A fact learned in a meeting cites the meeting.
What your customer sees
Nothing. The Brain stays between your teams; your customer sees their portal.
A fact that no longer holds
You correct it or delete it. Each fact shows whether it was confirmed, by whom and when.
When a CSM leaves the team
Their facts stay on the customer's account, with their name as author.
Feedback on your product
It has its own place, in product feedback, with the customer's words and their date. The Brain doesn't copy it.
Your data
It is hosted in France, with a GDPR contract.

Keep what each customer has told you.
