Customer Portal
Your customer's portal changes with their journey.
Each Playbook that starts brings its pages there, and each page shows what matters at that moment. Your customer follows their plan and asks their questions there.

Each Playbook brings its pages at the right time.
The portal follows the customer's journey. When a Playbook starts, its pages arrive there, grouped under its name. A page can have several states: the Playbook moves it from one to another, or hides it, at the moment you set. You build each page in a visual editor, with sections and blocks, in your brand.
Build the portal your customers need.
A Kanban to follow the work, a calendar for meetings, an introduction to the team supporting them. Add blocks, combine section layouts and arrange each page in the visual editor.
The composition changes from page to page, then with the Playbook’s states. Your company’s identity stays consistent across the portal, forms and emails.
Your customer does their part without waiting for a follow-up.
When a step is theirs to do, they receive an email that takes them to it. In their portal, they upload a file, fill in a form, make a decision or mark the step as done. Your emails bring them back to the portal, with a summary of their open steps.
They ask their questions where they work.
Your customer writes under each step and mentions a colleague or someone on your team. Their messages arrive in your team's inbox. Your internal notes stay between you: they never see them.
