Drive

For every file, you know what the customer sees.

Each customer, journey, Playbook and step has its own Drive, in two spaces: Internal for your team, External for the customer's portal.

A file lives where it is used.

The Company Drive keeps what serves all your customers, such as your brand assets. The same document can live in several places: removing it from one place keeps the document and its other places.

  • Customer and journey

A customer's files, and those of each of their journeys.

  • Playbook and step

A Playbook's documents, and those of each of its steps.

  • Templates and custom objects

A Drive for each template and each record.

  • Company

    What serves all your customers.

Your notes live next to your files.

In "Add to Drive", you upload a file, add one from a link, write a note or pick a file from the library. A Google Drive file links to it and stays in Google Drive. Each file opens in a preview or in a new tab.

  • File

A document or an image, uploaded from your computer.

  • Link

A file added from its address.

  • Note

Written in the Drive, edited in place.

  • Library

A file already in the Drive, reused here.

The Drive follows the same rule.

Like each thread, each Drive says who reads it. Internal stays within your team. External is shared with the customer, who finds it in their portal. You set permissions file by file.

What the Drive does

  • Internal and External

One space for your team, one space shared with the customer.

  • A Drive at every level

On each customer, journey, Playbook and step, plus the Company Drive.

  • Files, folders and notes

You upload files, create folders and write notes.

  • Google Drive

A Google Drive file links to the Drive and stays in Google Drive.

  • Permissions

Each file and each folder has its own access permissions, by person or by group.

  • In the portal

The customer finds the documents shared with them in their active journeys.

  • One file, several places

A document can live in several places. Removing it from one place keeps the document and its other places.

  • Preview

A file opens in a preview, or in a new tab.

  • Drag to file

A dragged file changes folder, and the move can be undone.

  • Search

A search field finds your files in the Drive.
