Questions about Insights

Journey weather
A written rule, not a score. Storm: the journey is paused, has three or more overdue steps, or is past its deadline. Rainy: a step is overdue. Cloudy: a step or the journey is due within seven days. Otherwise, sunny.
How each chart is calculated
Each chart carries its purpose, its calculation and its formula. Decision latency, for example, is the median number of days between when a decision comes up and when it is made, month by month.
Where the numbers come from
From your journeys: their steps, their meetings, their decisions and the stakeholders of each account. The achieved value of each Customer Outcome is entered by your team with the customer: it comes from both of you, not from a calculation.
What your customer sees
Insights and the home page are your team's screens. Your customer follows their journey in the portal.
Comparing two groups
You build two groups, A and B, each with its own period and filters: one Playbook against another, or one customer against all your customers.
Saved views
A view keeps your charts, filters, period and comparison, under the name you give it. You rename or delete it whenever you want.

Give your team a shared view of each customer.
