ExamplePlaybooksRainy

The journey launches each Playbook in turn.

You place the customer's Playbooks one after another, in parallel or behind a condition. When a Playbook ends, the journey launches the next one, without your CSM having to think about it.

ExampleOnboarding

You know where each customer stands.

The overview brings together the deadline, the overdue steps, the completed Playbooks and the customer's Customer Outcomes. The weather follows a written rule: one overdue step, and the journey turns rainy.

Each customer has their own version of the journey.

You start from a journey template or a blank page. The customer's journey gets its own version: your CSM adjusts it for this customer, and the template stays as it is for the next ones.

What the journey does

Create a journey

For a customer, from a template or from scratch. Each journey has its own version, which your CSM adjusts.

Chain Playbooks

One after another, in parallel or based on a condition. When a Playbook ends, the journey launches the next one.

Overview and weather

The delays, the deadline, the completed Playbooks and the customer's Customer Outcomes. The weather follows a written rule.

Statuses

Draft, Started, Paused, Completed. A journey does not start while required information is missing.

Several journeys per customer

Each one keeps its own meetings, product feedback and files.

Journey Agents

Soon

One AI Teammate per journey follows the journey toward the signed outcome and alerts your CSM as soon as an objective slips. It also suggests the shortest path to each outcome; your CSM decides.

Frequently asked questions

One customer, several journeys
A customer can follow several journeys, each with its own deadline and Playbooks. The journey list can be filtered by customer.
The journey and its Playbooks
The Playbook carries your method, step by step. The journey chains a customer's Playbooks up to its deadline.
Adjusting a customer's journey
The journey has its own version. Your CSM adjusts it for this customer; the starting template and the other customers' journeys stay as they are.
Journey weather
A written rule, not a score. Storm: the journey is paused, has three or more overdue steps, or is past its deadline. Rainy: at least one step is overdue. Cloudy: a step or the deadline falls within 7 days. Otherwise, sunny.
What your customer sees
In their portal, they see their journey, the steps that are theirs and their Customer Outcomes. They never see your Internal Outcomes.
A paused journey
You pause it from its header, and its weather turns to storm. Archiving a journey also pauses it.
Before the start
A journey starts when its required information is filled in, for example the customer's number of sales reps. While some is missing, a banner says so.
