Drag a task into your week.

Open the Kanban and the calendar side by side, with Split view. Place a task on a slot: a work session is added to the task. Its status, its deadline and its people don't change.

Sekential warns you before a double booking.

If someone on the task already has a session planned at that time, Sekential shows "Overlapping commitments". You choose another slot or you confirm. The other slots don't move.

What a drop changes
A work session is added to the task. Its status, its deadline and its people don't change.
Conflicts
Sekential compares the slot with the sessions already planned for the same people. You choose another slot or you confirm the overlap.
Google Calendar
Your Google calendars appear in the agenda and the calendar, next to your sessions.
The steps of all your customers
The Planner shows the steps of all your journeys. The Gantt groups them by customer, by journey or by person.
Permissions
You plan the tasks you are allowed to edit. A session that comes from a Google Calendar event is moved in Google Calendar.
Work sessions
A session is a start, an end and one person. Once it is over, it counts as time spent. The details are on the Steps page.
