Templates

Every new customer starts from your best version.

A template sets the steps, emails, forms and Customer Outcomes of a standard journey. Each customer gets a copy, and a new version changes no journey already launched.

One more customer, not a journey to rewrite.

Create a new customer's journey from a published template. The journey gets its own copy: steps, Playbooks, portal, forms, emails and Customer Outcomes. Your CSM adapts it to this customer without touching the template.

TemplateJourney

Publish a new version, and launched journeys keep theirs.

Your team edits the draft, then publishes. Each version has a number, a date and a note on what changed. The next customers start from the new version, and a journey already launched keeps its own.

What templates do

Five kinds of templates

Journeys, Playbooks, forms, emails and skills for your AI Teammates.

Draft and publish

You edit the draft. Publishing freezes a numbered version, and the draft stays open for what comes next.

Version history

Each version keeps its date, its author and its note "What changed in this version". Older versions stay available to view.

One copy per customer

A journey created from a template gets its own version. You adapt it to this customer without touching the template.

Running journeys keep their version

Publishing a new version changes no journey already launched.

Duplicate and tag

A copy starts as a draft. Tags organize your templates across the whole organization.

Permissions per template

Each template has its own access permissions.

Insights per template

For each Playbook template, started Playbooks and the share of overdue steps.

Version proposed by Playbook Agents

Playbook Agents suggest improvements to your Playbook templates. Your Head of CS or a CSM approves them before the new version.

Questions about templates

Journey template and Playbook template
A journey template covers the customer's life with you, and brings together several Playbooks. A Playbook template describes one delivery, step by step. Both are versioned the same way.
A running journey when the template changes
It keeps its version. The new version is used for journeys created afterwards.
Adapting a journey to a customer
Each journey has its own copy of the template. You adapt it to this customer without touching the template or your other customers.
Starting without a Playbook
You can launch a customer's journey without a Playbook, and write it step by step. The founding team helps you write your Playbook, on request.
Older versions
Each published version stays available to view, with its date and note. If you discard a draft, it starts again from the last published version.
Deleting a template
It goes to the trash with its versions, and you can restore it. Journeys and Playbooks already created from this template keep running.

Write your standard journey once, and start from it for every customer.
