Workspace and test workspace
A workspace brings together your team, your Playbooks, your customer journeys and your customer contacts. Each plan covers one workspace. A test workspace, at no cost, is linked to your paid workspace.
Beyond a quota
We let you know before each limit. You then move to the next plan up, or you wait for the start of the next month, when the monthly quotas reset. Storage does not reset each month: for more, you need the next plan up. On the Enterprise plan, we work out the next step with you.
What an AI credit counts
Credits count the questions asked to the AI and what the AI Teammates prepare. Tracking your journeys and alerts use none: they keep running when the month's credits are used up.
Taxes and billing
Prices are shown excluding tax. Billed monthly, with no minimum term.
Changing plans
You change plans whenever you want. Moving to the next plan up takes effect right away; moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the start of the next month.
