A useful review leads to decisions.

A list of completed tasks does not explain what the customer achieved. Bring together expected outcomes, supporting evidence and decisions to make before the meeting.

How to move forward

  1. Update the results

The CSM records the achieved value for each Customer Outcome in its unit. Supporting evidence is gathered for the review.

  2. Review with the customer

The customer can see their Customer Outcomes in the portal. During the meeting, discuss progress, gaps and what is still getting in the way.

  3. Assign the next steps

Your team adds the agreed actions to the journey with an owner and deadline. A decision in the Playbook can direct what happens next.
